#Malaysia's Prime Minister-in-waiting Anwar Ibrahim have taken the first step for his return to Parliament.
Mr Anwar, the president-elect for Parti Keadilan Rakyat will contest the Port Dickson seat in Negeri Sembilan
in a by-election.

vacated his seat and has resigned from the House of Representatives.
